IPv6 install

I have been trying to install IPv6 in my computer all this time.. But somehow it doesn’t work!! It said ‘Installing…
Failed to complete the action
Error 0×800704b8′

Try to find the solution with mbah Google, but I haven’t found any solutions.. A forum said that that is the problem of Windows XP sp2.. Do I have to re install my Windows?? (again? coz i have re installed this twice with 2 different CDs! )

Does anyone has a good solution (not mentioning ReInstall ofcourse..)
